Property Research
Construction Package
Includes a complete Property Timeline listing all previous owners of the property, evolution of the lot, and date of the building's construction. Also includes an 8x10 certificate featuring the construction date and a brief biography of the building's original owners or inhabitants. Research report delivered as a PDF.

Genealogy
Family Tree
Includes a professionally-researched family tree featuring five generations. These include the main descendant, their parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and great-great grandparents. The tree will feature basic biographical information (birth, death, location) for each ancestor identified. (Additional generations can be added by request. Contact us to request a quote.) Ancestor Biography
Includes a full narrative account of one person's life. Will feature all available details of their early life, family of origin, schooling, career, marriage, children, accomplishments, and death. Their story will be told in an engaging style and will tie events in the subject's life with larger historical themes such as the Civil War, Great Depression, yellow fever epidemics, and the like when relevant. Research report and copies of accompanying historic records delivered as PDFs.
